By accessing or using Little Nudge ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Little Nudge is a local SEO and reputation management platform that helps businesses rank higher on Google Maps and collect more reviews. The Service includes:

• Google Maps ranking scanner and geo-grid heatmaps
• Automated review collection with sentiment filtering
• Private feedback collection
• Competitor tracking and monitoring
• SEO signals and analytics dashboard
• Google Business Profile insights (where connected)

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Little Nudge operates on a subscription basis with the following terms:

• Free Trial: New accounts receive a free trial period as specified during signup
• Paid Plans: Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
• Usage Limits: Plans include request limits; additional usage may incur extra charges
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time; service continues until end of billing period
• Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months of service
• Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited or spam messages
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for fraudulent purposes
• Solicit reviews in violation of platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.)

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data, but grant us the right to process it to provide the Service. You are responsible for:

• Having proper consent to contact your customers
• Complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• The accuracy and legality of customer data you provide

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Little Nudge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Twilio, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LITTLE NUDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
• We may delete your data after 30 days
• You may request a data export within 30 days of termination

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
