Quick Start (5 minutes)

Get your first review request sent in just a few minutes. Here's what you'll do:

  1. 1.Add your Google Business Profile review URL
  2. 2.Add your first customer
  3. 3.Send a test review request to yourself
  4. 4.Experience the Sentiment Gate from your customer's perspective

Set Up Your Business Profile

Add Your Review URLs

These are the links where happy customers will be directed to leave public reviews.

Google Review URL

  1. Go to your Google Business Profile
  2. Click "Get more reviews" or "Ask for reviews"
  3. Copy the share link (format: https://g.page/r/YOUR_PLACE_ID/review)
  4. Paste it in Settings

Tip: You can also upload your business logo and customize your message templates in Settings to match your brand.

Add Your First Customer

Add a customer (yourself for testing, or a real customer) to send review requests.

  1. Go to Customers
  2. Click "Add Customer"
  3. Enter name, email, and/or phone number
  4. Save the customer

Pro Tip: For your first test, add yourself as a customer so you can experience exactly what your customers will see.

Send Your First Review Request

Send a test review request to see how the Sentiment Gate works.

  1. In the Customers page, click "Send Request" next to your test customer
  2. Choose SMS or Email (or both)
  3. Preview the message and customize if desired
  4. Click "Send Request"

What happens next:

  • Customer receives an SMS or email with a link
  • They click the link and see the Sentiment Gate
  • Happy customers (👍) are directed to Google reviews
  • Unhappy customers (👎) are directed to a private feedback form

Click through the link you received to see what your customers will experience.

Try Both Paths:

  • Happy Path (👍): See how customers are guided to leave a public review
  • Unhappy Path (👎): See the private feedback form (you'll receive an email notification)
