Everything we ship to Little Nudge, newest first. The app is worked on most weeks, and this is the record of it.
Some accounts showed no reviews at all, and others only showed five. Reviews now come straight from your connected Google profile, so you see the full list, newest first.
Reviews older than 90 days could never be answered, which left some accounts with dozens sitting there. You can now switch on a catch-up that answers the oldest ones a few a day until the backlog is clear, then turns itself off. Anything under four stars still waits for you.
One salon's review link pointed at a different business with the same name on the other side of the world. We now check every review link against the one Google publishes for your listing, and fixed the one that was wrong.
When a reviewer thanked the owner by name, the reply could end up praising them as if someone else wrote it. We now record who your replies come from and write as that person. Four live replies have been corrected on Google.
Replies had settled into a formula: nearly every one opened with "Thank you" and closed with "we'd love to see you again". We rebuilt the drafting around 359 replies Rowan wrote by hand, so they're shorter, more varied, and answer what the reviewer actually said.
We've dropped the instruction to work your top search terms into your profile description. The length stays the same, but the words go to real detail about your business instead, and a reader shouldn't be able to tell which phrases were targeted.
Google's spam filter strips reviews that all arrive at once, so there's now a ceiling of 50 requests per business in any 24 hours. Nothing gets dropped — anything over the line waits until tomorrow. Normal use won't notice.
Checkout, the pricing card and the add-another-business page now show your local price instead of Australian dollars for everyone. A$97, NZ$119, US$67, £49 or C$97, based on where your business is.
